Our Story

With just five years of experience as a CNC Machinist and Manufacturing Engineer, Roman founded Roco Manufacturing in 2020. The goal was to provide high-quality CNC machining services to customers with a focus on excellent customer service, quick turnaround times, and competitive pricing. Since then, the company's vision has evolved even further.

Roco MFG started as a one-man shop with a single CNC milling machine. However, with a specific goal, ambitions, and a plan in place, the company was able to deliver high-quality components to customers on time and at a competitive price. This led to partnerships with others and rapid expansion within a short period of time. In just two years, Roco MFG was able to double its facility size, acquire more CNC machinery, and invest in precision measuring equipment for the quality department.

Our Future Vision

Roco Manufacturing is slowly making its way to becoming a new company that envisions a change of the cnc manufacturing industry as it is known today. When Roman started Roco Manufacturing, his biggest challenge was finding the right customers. While at the same this remains one of the most difficult tasks for many companies which struggle to find reliable suppliers. Our goal is to create a network platform that simplifies the process of finding the correct customers for cnc manufacturing companies around America while creating the most reliable source for companies seeking consistent quality while sustaining on-time delivery.

Currently, the cnc machining industry relies on a linear model of purchase and sale. businesses operate independently, selling their products to customers without any guarantee of quality or reliability. This has led to a situation where businesses are constantly struggling to find reliable vendors, and customers are constantly struggling to find reliable businesses. We believe that this is not the best way for the industry to operate, and that our new vision will change the way businesses operate in this industry.
